faffno ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Lifetribe Global Limited, a company registered in Ireland. By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Lifetribe Global Limited.
By accessing or using faffno, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
faffno is a personal life-clarity tool that helps you decide whether plans, events and commitments actually fit your life. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:
All software, content, design, branding, and documentation that make up the Service are owned by Lifetribe Global Limited or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.
You retain ownership of the events, notes, and data you put into faffno. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content solely so we can provide the Service to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We work hard to keep faffno running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify Lifetribe Global Limited against any claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
