We want you to love faffno. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all faffno orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@faffno.com and we'll help you arrange the refund.

When the refund will appear

Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — for that, please follow the steps above within the 30-day window.

Free trials

If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. The 30-day money-back guarantee begins on the date of your first paid charge.
