Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Every faffno plan starts with a free trial so you can decide whether it's right for you before being charged. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged and there is nothing to refund.

Refunds after a paid charge

Because we offer a free trial up front, paid charges are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see below).

If something has gone genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or a charge you didn't expect — please get in touch and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. Email hello@faffno.com.

Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period.

When approved refunds appear

Where a refund is approved, it is processed via our payment provider and typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
